Called Drain Hound, left a message and Taylor promptly called me back and luckily we were able to schedule the work I needed done in the same week. They arrived on time, did a great job installing a new faucet, new pipes in my kitchen, and fixing an issue with the pipes I’ve had for years in my laundry room. They also did an amazing job with clean-up unlike some other plumbing companies I’ve hired in the past who left a mess. I called Taylor after a less-than-desirable experience with a larger plumbing service in Vancouver. The situation was pretty dire, my sewer lines were backing up and I had family coming to visit in just a few days. Once he found out my situation, he came right away, literally. I think there was only about an hour between my call and him at my place. We found multiple issues with shoddy workmanship from the previous owners and we ended up having to excavate in two places to get it all figured out. We just finished hooking everything up and making sure it all worked and I could not be happier. He was extremely timely, professional, competitively priced, and I cannot stress this enough, he cared and was human in a time when most companies just look at numbers. He saw my situation, and he made me a priority. I will never look for another plumber as long as he is in business, and I will ONLY refer people to him when asked about plumbing. Amazing nonetheless! I’m in the process of selling my home but had a few items I needed repair. Taylor from beginning to end was responsive, quick and efficient.
